To save a lot of money and take advantage of rent being 1/2 off, we ask that our clients pre-pay their rent depending on the time that they would like to stay at the park.

We have several different lengths of stay available.

**Guests are required to move out of the space they are renting every 9 months for 1 month and repeat this process until the end of their stay with Recreational Park Fund.
